About Me

Hi, I am Yashovardhan Saraswat, a Computer Engineering student at the University of Maryland, pursuing a minor in Economics.

I am fascinated by how technology can transform the way people make financial decisions and build new ventures — that is where my interests in software, finance, and entrepreneurship converge.

Over the past two years, I have explored that intersection through software engineering internships, data-driven analytics, hackathons, and independent research. At Marriott International, I built internal QA automation tools that streamlined product testing, while at ABI Analytics, I analyzed stock market datasets to uncover patterns that improved forecasting accuracy. Projects such as LaunchMate and WealthQuest have helped me understand how thoughtful design and code can make finance more accessible and human-centered.

I am curious, ambitious, and always learning — from people smarter than me, from every project I take on, and from the mistakes that guide me toward better solutions.

Outside of academics and work, I play almost all racquet sports, follow Formula 1, play and watch cricket, enjoy golf, and love a good quiz competition when it gets competitive.

This site is a small window into what I have built so far and what I am exploring next.
